sherri sears-ignoto

Sherri has successfully owned and operated several businesses over the last 20 years in a variety of different fields. She is extremely driven and highly motivated to ensure that Pro North Hockey Training grows to be the leading quality training facility North of the GTA. Sherri is quite familiar with hockey development, training and its importance in player performance as she has a son who currently plays for BMHA.

kyle chamberlain

Kyle played AAA hockey during his minor career with the Sudbury Lakers. While with the team, they were undefeated and won the AAA all Ontario Championships. Following his minor hockey, Kyle went on to play 1 year of Junior C hockey. Kyle then went on the start a family and focus on his Development Career.

Kyle has been running on ice development for several years and worked with a variety of facilities and teams including Salvatore Development, National Prospects and Everest Academy. He also organizes and runs Spring Teams for AAA and Elite players and started his own development company: Elite Status Hockey.

Kyle is extremely passionate about hockey and has passed that love and passion for the game to his three sons.

michael crampton

Michael Crampton played his Minor Hockey career in Oakville before quickly beginning his training career in the Oakville community specializing in stick handling, shooting and scoring. Michael has been training for over 10 years in the GTHL and in 2022 expanded his business to Barrie where he trains out of the Pro North Hockey Training Facility.

Aside from running his own successful business, Michael has been running privates, groups, camps, clinics and a variety of training programs for Pro North Hockey Training.

paul crowder

Paul played his minor hockey career out in the British Columbia system. Paul went on to play 4 years in the BCHL JR A Hockey League, where he won the coveted RBC Tier 2 Junior National Championship in 2006.After his JR career, Paul received a scholarship to play Division 1 NCAA for the Alaska Anchorage. Paul played 3 years of NCAA Division 1 hockey before turning pro

Paul played 6 professional seasons in the ECHL, where he was a 3 time All Star and Top 20 in scoring for 2 seasons. Paul played parts of 4 seasons in the AHL and signed as a free agent with the New York Rangers in the NHL. Paul finished his professional career in North America and went on to play pro for 3 seasons overseas in the EIHL.

spencer franklin

Franklin is well known in Barrie for his skill development coaching and has built a clientele purely on a referral basis, and has trained players of all ages and levels throughout the GTA. In addition to his highly skilled and fast-paced training, Spencer has also spent the last few seasons behind the bench with the Barrie AAA Organization. For the 2022-2023 season, Spencer held the position of Assistant Coach for the U16 AAA Barrie Colts.

dave kelly

Born in Alliston and resides in Barrie for the last 21 years. Dave played his minor hockey in Beeton and went on to play Jr C in Shomberg. Dave has been coaching since 1988 and has been a head coach and/or assistant coach within the BMHA since 2005. Assistant coach BMHA minor midget AA OMHA CHAMPIONS 2016. Dave was also the Head coach or assistant with Barrie AAA for 6 years. Dave has coached several Elite AAA spring hockey teams at various age groups with many players moving on the play in the OHL, AHL and NHL 

Dave is also very active with ball hockey which has allowed him to travel across Canada coaching at the Provincial and National levels. Head coach OBHA Provincial Gold Medal champions 3 times, Assistant coach OBHA, Provincial Gold Medal champions 5 times, Assistant Coach OBHF Provincial Gold Medal champions 7 times, Assistant coach OBHF National Gold Medal Champions 1 time, Assistant coach OBHF Nationals. Dave is currently teaching player development in Barrie and the surrounding area as well as working as a scout-recruiter for Hockey Force International  (HFI). Last season Dave was Assistant coach with the Orillia Terriers and most recently the Head Coach of the Innisfil Spartans Jr C.
